By accessing or using the Lawcentra platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Subscriptions and billing
If your use of the Service is subject to fees, you agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes in accordance with the pricing and billing terms provided to you. Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable.

5. Client data and confidentiality

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide Customer Data, including any client or third-party information, and for complying with professional obligations regarding confidentiality and privilege.
6. Security and availability
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

The Service, including software, design, and content provided by Lawcentra, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, Lawcentra retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and Lawcentra is not responsible for third-party services or content.
9. Suspension and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawcentra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lawcentra and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
